This is a nice property, fairly clean, and located so close to the real Dubrovnik and beach. There's views on a valley right on a 2 km walk toward old Town. Staff are lovely people.

The apartment was quiet and nice with location in the local neighborhood, that's what we were expecting. The room was clean, had a very comfy bed and a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Had a bath. It was in an incredible place.

Our host, Ivana, was incredibly helpful and even drew a little map indicating where to get groceries and how to get to the old town. the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our stay here was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a super comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with electric kettle and cookware. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the scorching heat, and the free Wi-Fi kept us connected. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, within scenic walking distance to all the amazing Old Town sites. We also appreciated the easy access to public transport and the nearby public beach. The hostess was incredibly attentive, providing us with helpful information about the city. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment is conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on supplies. It is also within walking distance of the Old Town, with a short, beautiful walk down a small alley. Previous guests were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts.

The walk back from the Old Town is uphill, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues or when traveling with young children.

We stayed at Apartment Kesovija for 5 nights during our visit to Croatia. Ivana, the hostess, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She arranged our airport transfer and gave us a detailed map with recommendations for shopping, dining, and getting around. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary appliances. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. We truly felt at home and appreciated Ivana's personal touch.

the hostess was really nice and arranged airport pickup for us. the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. We loved the location, as it was a 15, minute walk from the Old Town or just a three, minute bus ride. It was far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy area. There was also a grocery store just a three, minute walk away, making it easy for us to buy food for breakfast and pack lunches. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

The decoration of the apartment was absolutely charming and homely. I loved the vintage touches and the cozy atmosphere it created. The general areas of the apartment, such as the garden and terrace, were also very well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the apartment to be excellent. There were no stairs to climb, and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulties.

It would have been even better if there were some activities or entertainment specifically designed for senior people. Though the children working there were very helpful and kind, it would have been nice to have some organized social events or excursions geared towards seniors, where we could meet and interact with other guests of our age.
